Phase 1 Critics_Updated_Jingxian Huang

I designed two main interactions:
1) Character shrinkage. When the character shrinks, how does it interact with the space? What is the human world like in the mouse scale view compared to the human scale?
2) The interaction of the book. This part is for the level design. When the character is shrunken and wants to go to the location he or she wants to go, what ways can be given i through? Here I made use of books that can float to form a ladder.

Reflection:

  1. In the process of producing, I always encounter many problems and get stuck. Maybe I need to learn UE5 more systematically.
  2. Although the character shrinks to the original 0.05, the physical value does not change. It would be perfect if the character’s movement speed and jump height could be scaled down together. At the moment I don’t know how to change these parameters proportionally, I can only change them one by one in the character movement panel, which is very troublesome.
